Eligibility

Membership of Tay Rowing Club (Tay RC) is open to experienced senior [18+] rowers and graduates of the Tay Rowing Club Learn to Row (L2R) and Development programmes.

When Learn to Row courses are available, we’ll publish information and dates on the website.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are set by the Club AGM as an annual fee, which includes coaching and facilities costs.  However, the Club prefer monthly payment by standing order as follows:

Full Membership £25

18 – 23 yr Membership £22.50

Off Peak Membership [not evenings & weekends] £18

Alternatively, Tay RC accept payment by cheque for the full 12 months in advance.

Student Membership is available to full time students 18 yrs and over who are competent rowers. This offers the benefits of Full membership of Tay Rowing Club, restricted to outside term time; i.e. Christmas, Easter and Summer. Single payment of £75 for a full academic year.

Non-rowing Cox Membership – £45 per annum (single payment)

Completed standing order form should be sent to your bank.

Membership will commence upon receipt, by the Club, of completed form and first payment.

Visitors

Tay Rowing Club welcomes visitors from other rowing clubs.

First outing free of charge. Subsequent outings £5.

Visitors will be covered by the insurance policy of their home club, but will undertake to familiarise themselves, and comply, with Tay RC’s safety code.
